Each installation is unique, as your lawn size and shape has its own unique characteristics. On an average, flat terrain and layout, over 600 square feet, you can target $7-10 per square feet in price. But again, each project is unique. Contact us for a free on-site estimate.

Artificial Grass is warmer than real grass, but new technology makes it MUCH cooler than you think! We don’t use any black crumb rubber which is a heat magnet. Our turf is now up to 10% cooler than older technology; It’s cooler than sand, tile, slate, concrete and other hardscape surfaces. Artificial Grass is also permeable, so it can be washed down and instantly cooled.

This is good news. Artificial grass life expectancy is more than 20 years. In fact our warranty is for 15 years for residential projects. We’ve been serving Southern California for over 20 years (we’re one of the first companies) and our products are proven. We’ve seen this first hand!

First we plan and measure, then remove the existing lawn, clear and level the surface. We cap the existing sprinklers, if needed. Once we prep the base layer, we lay an optional weed barrier position the turf and secure it using seamless, precise technology. We then add the infill and put the final touches on it. Then you enjoy it for decades! Note- some styles of grass have a built-in weed barrier.

Absolutely. We’ve installed grass as several schools, daycare centers and pre-schools. We’ve also installed artificial grass at over 30 area animal care facilities. In fact animal organizations are one of Lawn Kings specialties.

Yes! Artificial turf – specifically the Lawn Kings’ Pet Turf – has been the choice of many area pet facilities, including doggy day care locations around Los Angeles, and even the West L.A. animal shelter, which boasts over 6000 square feet of turf. Many female dogs have very acidic urine that leaves ugly spots through a traditional yard. Our pet turf is not only extremely durable, but doesn’t stain. Your pets will love it!

Yes, the polyethylene, polypropylene and nylon fibers have no traceable amounts of lead and are also made of a recyclable material.

Yes, synthetic sport fields are taking over the entire professional and amateur sporting world. (soccer, football, baseball fields and putting greens).

No, we use a special infill that counteracts the ammonia smell from urine, and counteracts bacteria.

Yes, you can use a leaf blower to remove any debris that may have landed on your new lawn. A garden hose is good to wash off any dust or dirt that accumulates. An occasional raking will help keep blades bold and attentive.

Yes, it will not stick or sink while using crutches and wheel chairs roll easily.

No, water drains right through turf and into the ground due to perforations in the backing.

Infill is to replicate soil when walked on and hold the grass blades upright. We also use an antimicrobial infill that helps prevent the growth of bacteria, mold, and mildew.
