Artificial Grass is warmer than real grass, but new technology makes it MUCH cooler than you think! We don’t use any black crumb rubber which is a heat magnet. Our turf is now up to 10% cooler than older technology; It’s cooler than sand, tile, slate, concrete and other hardscape surfaces. Artificial Grass is also permeable, so it can be washed down and instantly cooled.

This is good news. Artificial grass life expectancy is more than 20 years. In fact our warranty is for 15 years for residential projects. We’ve been serving Southern California for over 20 years (we’re one of the first companies) and our products are proven. We’ve seen this first hand!

First we plan and measure, then remove the existing lawn, clear and level the surface. We cap the existing sprinklers, if needed. Once we prep the base layer, we lay an optional weed barrier position the turf and secure it using seamless, precise technology. We then add the infill and put the final touches on it. Then you enjoy it for decades! Note- some styles of grass have a built-in weed barrier.
